What types of hyperpigmentation can be improved by this treatment?

This specific peel can improve sun damage, photo-damage, melasma, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation such as acne-scars discolouration. Hyperpigmentation normally occurs when melanocytes (special cells in our skin) are hyperactive and incrase melanin levels (colour in skin). The peel and the home-care inhibit the production of melanin in your skin and reduce the existing pigmentation.

What is the after care/home care?

This treatment is partially done at our clinic and partly by you are home! You continue treatment and enhance results every day by specific home-care products that we provide you.

What are the immediate side-effects?

On the day of the treatment or throughout the week after, you may feel skin flaking, peeling, and reddening. Peeling tents to start about two days post-treatment and will last 3-7 days.

Can Viola Clear be done on all skin types?

Yes, this treatment can be done on any skin type. There are two different treatment protocols and home care.
